The Task:
An international aircraft shipyard required support for a cabin modification. The complete cabins of four Head of Versions (HoV) were to be modified on a total of 16 A330 and A340 aircraft. The challenge was the complexity of the task and the time-critical scope of the project.

The BeOne Hamburg team took over the control of the project team and the analysis, development and preparation of the layout modifications for each HoV according to customer requirements and EASA / FAA regulations. In the further course of the project, BeOne supported the production of individual parts and the execution of tests as well as the installation inspections, verified the design documents and implemented the preparation of the engineering / service bulletins.
The Results:
- On-time delivery of all 16 A/C to the end customer
- High customer satisfaction with the airline
